More than 100 students attended the first Training Sessions online of Fundación Hercesa

During 25th and 26th September 2020, more than 100 students enrolled in the first Training Sessions of Fundación Hercesa and attended them virtually through an online connection, the only available modality following the commitment of Fundación Hercesa with health and safety upon recommendation of the Health Authorities.

The project is deeply rooted in the own main purpose of the Fundación Hercesa, which has been focused from 2001 in training and educating individuals to help them keep or get a job which will help them integrate both socially and within the labor market.

The recording and staging format of the lessons has been the same as for onsite lessons, with all professionals in the classroom and interacting with one another, always taking into account the social distance regulations, protection and disinfection measures.

The sessions were opened with the attendance of Alberto Rojo Blas, Major of Guadalajara, Susana Blas Esteban, representative in Guadalajara of the Regional Department for Economy, Companies and Employment of the Government of Castile La Manche, and Juan José Cercadillo Calvo, CEO of hi! Real Estate as the host. After thanking the authorities for their attendance, Juan José and the authorities talked to the students through the app from the headquarters of hi! Real Estate to congratulate them on choosing this training as the best base to evolve in a changing professional environment. They pointed out the strategic location of Guadalajara as a place of opportunities.

The structure of the sessions, consisting of different chronological theme blocks, has allowed the students and future possible Commercial Agents to obtain a full global vision of the real estate work, of the different tasks following the handover of the keys to the new owners. For those students who had time constraints and could not follow the sessions without interruptions, the teachers told them to follow the contents in a given order for a better understanding of the construction process: Presentation of the training sessions and opening by the authorities, "The Product", "Pre-marketing", "The Customer", and lastly, "Execution and Regulatory Compliance".

On Saturday, 26th September, the second session was held. During it, the students could ask some questions through the online platform to the experts, Juan José Cercadillo Calvo, CEO of hi! Real Estate, Luis Francisco Guijarro, General Manager of hi! Real Estate, José Luis Fernández del Viso, Manager of the Urban Planning Area of hi! Real Estate, everything chaired by Charo Hernández, Manager of Fundación Hercesa and the organizer of this innovative project. The sessions were closed by Juan José Cercadillo and Charo Hernández, sending the attending students their best wishes.

After the online attendance to the sessions, the recruitment process of the candidates to become a hi Real Estate realtor begins, showing the strong commitment of the company towards professionalism and people.
