Alberto Rojo and Iker Casillas Present the Campus Experience 2021 in Guadalajara

For the second year in a row, the Hercesa Foundation is collaborating in the Campus Experience of the Real Madrid Foundation, supporting education in values and promoting integration as part of its social purposes.

After the successful first edition, we organize it again in 2021 with the same aim, to help a hundred children from Guadalajara to learn while enjoying themselves, because, as Iker Casillas said, "summer camps are a healthy use of leisure time".

The Campus Experience Guadalajara 2021 is an excellence project of the Real Madrid Foundation with the collaboration of the Guadalajara City Council, Fundación Hercesa and Obra Social "la Caixa". It offers, with its scholarship program, the opportunity to enjoy a different experience learning to make individual decisions, to collaborate as a team and to know how to appreciate our rival, something which is also useful for everyday life.

It will take place from 19th to 23rd July at the Campos de la Fuente de la Niña in Guadalajara and is aimed at boys and girls aged 6 to 14. You can find all the information here: https://campusexperiencermf.com/guadalajara/

The presentation of the project was attended by Iker Casillas and by the Mayor of Guadalajara, Alberto Rojo, the Deputy Mayor Sara Simón, the Councilor for Sports Evaristo Olcina, as well as by Joaquín Sagués, Director of the Campus Experience; Rafael García Cortés, Technical Director and Félix González, Director of Institutional Relations. On behalf of Fundación Hercesa, by its director Charo Hernández and on behalf of the "la Caixa" Foundation, by Ángela de Marcos and Alberto Tejedor.

Both the Mayor of Guadalajara, Alberto Rojo, and the Councilor for Sports, Evaristo Olcina, thanked Iker Casillas for his presence, recalled the success of the previous edition without any attendant affected by COVID and expressed their commitment to continue to hold the Campus in Guadalajara next year.
